These Guidelines apply to profiles, names, avatars, photos, routes, feeds, comments, reactions, rankings, chats, groups, events and all other User Content on Motohub. Their purpose is a safe, respectful and useful motorcycle community.

1. Core principles

Respect others, post only material you have the right to share, do not create safety risks, do not deceive, and do not use Motohub for unlawful activity. Context, intent, audience and likely harm are considered.

2. Threats, violence and dangerous conduct

Credible threats, calls or instructions to harm, praise of attacks, and organisation of unlawful racing or conduct creating an immediate risk are prohibited. Documentary or educational discussion may be allowed with clear context. Graphic crash or injury content may be restricted.

3. Harassment

Repeated insults, humiliation, sexual harassment, unwanted messages, threats to expose data, cross-account stalking and coordinated attacks are prohibited. Good-faith criticism is allowed unless it becomes harassment or threats.

4. Hate and discrimination

Calls for violence, dehumanisation and exclusion based on legally protected characteristics are prohibited. Otherwise prohibited symbols may appear only in condemnatory, historical, newsworthy or educational context.

5. Sexual content and exploitation

Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography, sexual-service solicitation and sexual harassment are prohibited. Any sexual material involving minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

6. Child safety

Although Motohub is 18+, grooming, sextortion, child sexual exploitation, trading exploitative material or redirecting a child to a private channel is prohibited. Suspected exploitation should be reported immediately.

7. Self-harm

Encouragement, romanticisation, instructions or challenges promoting self-harm are prohibited. Supportive discussion and help resources are allowed. Immediate danger should be reported to emergency services.

8. Illegal goods and services

Drug, weapon, stolen vehicle/part, forged document, compromised account and unlawful gambling transactions are prohibited. Lawful commerce is allowed only through an authorised feature and in compliance with local law.

9. Fraud and impersonation

Phishing, pyramid schemes, fake fundraising, fraudulent giveaways, identity deception, use of another person’s photos, and misleading official accounts are prohibited. Parody must be obvious.

10. Privacy and doxxing

Do not disclose another person’s address, phone number, documents, financial data, exact vehicle storage location, private route, correspondence or other private information without lawful authority. Avoid publishing sensitive points even in your own route.

11. Copyright and images

Post original material or content you are authorised to use, and provide attribution where required. Rights holders may submit a notice identifying the work, location, proof of rights and contact details. Knowingly false notices are prohibited.

12. Spam and promotion

Mass duplicate messages, deceptive links, reaction manipulation, ranking exchanges, automated invitations and traffic-only posts are prohibited. Relevant, non-intrusive mention of a project may be allowed where no special rule forbids it.

13. Ranking and trip manipulation

GPS spoofing, category misuse, sensor manipulation, combining another person’s trips, bots and other artificial inflation are prohibited. Erroneous trip data should be removed or reported.

14. Malicious activity

Malware, credential theft, vulnerability exploitation, service interference, unauthorised scraping and instructions creating an immediate security risk are prohibited. Vulnerabilities should be reported privately to the contact email.

15. Riding-related Content

Do not encourage traffic violations, invite others to repeat obviously unsafe manoeuvres, or present dangerous riding as safe. Closed-course context should be clear. Publish licence plates, faces and private property only with regard to law and privacy.

16. Chats and meeting people

Respect a refusal to communicate. Do not circumvent blocks, send unwanted intimate material, pressure someone to meet, ask strangers for money, or trick them into sharing precise location. Meet in public and do not rely on Motohub to verify identity.

17. Reports and blocking

Use in-app reporting for Content and profiles and blocking to stop interaction. Contact local emergency services for urgent danger. Coordinated false reports and threats to misuse reporting are violations.

18. Consequences

Measures may include warning, reduced distribution, Content removal, posting/chat restrictions, ranking exclusion, temporary suspension or permanent termination. Severe cases may lead to immediate action and lawful reporting to authorities.

19. Updates and contact

These Guidelines may evolve as features and risks change. Questions and appeals: support@motohub.app.
