This Policy explains how Motohub receives and reviews reports, takes action on Content and Accounts, and handles appeals. It does not limit urgent action needed to prevent harm or comply with law.

1. Reporting channels

Reports may be submitted using the in-app control on a profile, post, comment or message, or by email. In-app reporting is preferred because it includes the object identifier and technical context.

Reports should be made in good faith and include the category, context, date, link and supporting evidence where possible. Do not submit unnecessary personal data.

2. Priority levels

Critical: imminent threat to life, child sexual exploitation, credible violence, sensitive-data exposure creating immediate risk, active fraud or service compromise.

High: stalking, non-consensual intimate imagery, severe hate, dangerous transactions, block circumvention or repeated spam.

Standard: insults, copyright disputes, irrelevant advertising, isolated ranking manipulation and other violations.

3. Review process

Intake and automated duplicate/spam checks; urgency and jurisdiction assessment; review of Content, available context, history and technical signals; decision and evidence logging; notification where safe and lawful; escalation to specialist teams, providers, rights holders or authorities where appropriate.

For chats, review is limited to material reasonably related to a report, safety issue or technical necessity.

4. Target times

Motohub aims to begin critical reviews as soon as practicable, high-priority reviews within 72 hours and standard reviews within seven business days. These are targets, not guarantees, and may vary with complexity, volume, language, information requests and law.

5. Outcomes

No violation; request for more information; warning; label or age restriction; reduced distribution; Content removal; comment or chat restriction; user-to-user block; ranking exclusion; temporary suspension; permanent termination; evidence preservation; or lawful notification to authorities.

6. Enforcement factors

Severity and harm; intent; audience; repetition; vulnerability of affected persons; cooperation; evasion; evidence reliability; applicable law; and community risk. One severe violation may justify permanent termination.

7. Automation

Automated tools may detect spam, suspicious links, bulk activity, GPS anomalies and previously removed material, and may temporarily restrict an action pending review. Users may request human review of a materially adverse Account decision where consistent with safety and law.

8. Notices

The affected User is normally told the violation category, measure and appeal route. Motohub may withhold reporter identity, internal signals, abuse-prevention details or information whose disclosure creates risk. Reporters may receive a status without another User’s confidential details.

9. Appeals

An appeal may be filed in-app or by email within 30 days unless another period is stated. It should identify the decision, explain the alleged error and provide new information.

Where practicable, a different reviewer handles the appeal. The measure may be upheld, changed, reversed or returned for further review. Target response: 14 business days. Repetitive appeals without new facts may be closed, and appeals do not automatically stay urgent measures.

10. Copyright reports

A notice should identify the work, disputed material, rights holder, contact details and a good-faith statement of authority. Motohub may temporarily restrict the material and invite a response. Complex ownership disputes may require a court or statutory process.

11. Law-enforcement and emergencies

Data is disclosed only under a valid legal request or another lawful basis. Motohub seeks to verify authority, scope and proportionality where possible. A credible imminent threat may justify urgent action and minimum necessary disclosure where lawful.

12. Evidence preservation

Removed Content and related logs may be retained for a limited period for appeals, repeat-upload prevention, investigation, disputes and legal compliance, with restricted access under the Privacy Policy.

13. User blocking

Blocking should stop or materially limit messages, comments, invitations and interaction visibility as supported by the Service. It may not remove historical Content or shared group discussions. Circumventing a block through another Account or third party is a separate violation.

14. Transparency and limitations

Motohub may publish aggregated moderation statistics without personal data. This Policy does not guarantee detection of every violation and does not create a duty to pre-screen all Content.

15. Contact

Reports and appeals: support@motohub.app. For an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
